ParkingDone provides a white-label mobile application platform for parking operators. The platform includes a driver-facing app, admin dashboard, payment processing, and support tooling. Operators access the platform under a revenue-share agreement (5% per paid transaction).
Operators are responsible for ensuring accurate session data is transmitted via the agreed integration method (ANPR/API or GPS geofencing). ParkingDone is not liable for disputes arising from incorrect session data provided by the operator.
Payments are processed via the operator's chosen payment provider. ParkingDone collects 5% of each paid transaction. The remaining 95% is settled to the operator. ParkingDone does not charge setup fees, monthly fees, or licensing fees.
ParkingDone targets 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. ParkingDone is not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers.
All data is processed in accordance with GDPR. For full details, see our Privacy Policy. Operators act as data controllers; ParkingDone acts as data processor under a signed Data Processing Agreement.
The ParkingDone platform, including the app, dashboard, and backend infrastructure, remains the intellectual property of ParkingDone. Operators receive a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the platform under these terms. Operator branding, logos, and facility data remain the property of the operator.
ParkingDone's total liability is limited to the fees collected from the operator in the preceding 12 months. ParkingDone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue from parking operations.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:
New operators receive a 30-day free trial with full platform access. No credit card is required. After the trial, the 5% revenue-share model applies automatically unless the operator cancels.
ParkingDone reserves the right to update these terms. Changes will be communicated via email and posted on this page. Continued use after 30 days constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes shall be resolved in the district court of Helsinki, unless otherwise agreed.
