Sales Manager, Parking Solutions
Full-Time Remote OK B2B SaaS

We're looking for an experienced B2B sales professional to drive growth across the Nordics and Europe. You'll be our first dedicated sales hire, owning the full pipeline from prospecting to close. If you've sold SaaS, PropTech, or parking solutions before, this is your chance to build a sales function from scratch.

What you'll do
  • Own the full sales cycle, outbound prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation, close
  • Build relationships with parking operators, property managers, shopping centers, and municipalities
  • Demonstrate ParkingDone AI, our plate recognition that replaces expensive ANPR hardware
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for new markets (Nordics, DACH, Baltics)
  • Work directly with the founder to shape pricing, positioning, and partnerships
  • Attend industry events and trade shows (Intertraffic, Parkex, etc.)
What we're looking for
  • 3+ years B2B sales experience (SaaS, PropTech, parking, or smart city tech preferred)
  • Proven track record of closing โ‚ฌ10K+ ARR deals
  • Strong English communication; Finnish, Swedish, or German is a plus
  • Self-starter who thrives without a playbook, you'll be building the process
  • Understanding of parking industry, facility management, or real estate operations
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, outbound email, and LinkedIn prospecting
Compensation
  • Base salary: โ‚ฌ3,500โ€“5,000/month + uncapped commission (10โ€“15% of deal value)

Internship Remote OK 3โ€“6 months

A hands-on internship for someone eager to learn B2B SaaS sales from the ground up. You'll work directly with the founder, learn the parking industry, and get real experience building a sales pipeline, not making coffee. Great for business students or recent graduates who want startup experience.

What you'll do
  • Research and build prospect lists, parking operators, property managers, shopping centers
  • Write and send outreach emails; manage follow-ups
  • Help prepare sales decks, demo scripts, and case studies
  • Join customer calls and demos, learn the sales process firsthand
  • Track leads and pipeline in CRM
  • Contribute to marketing content, LinkedIn posts, blog articles, social media
What we're looking for
  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal English; Finnish is a big plus
  • Interest in technology, SaaS, and startups
  • Self-motivated, you'll have real responsibility, not busywork
